110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee has cords accessible in the drawer in the Preschool age room that are accessible, and one cord to a radio accessible and able to make a loop around a child’s neck in the head start classroom. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee has plastic bags accessible in the drawer in the HeadStart classroom. These were removed and made inaccessible during this site visit. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee had a broken plastic dustpan accessible in the preschool room.
